In the matter of proceedings for liquidation by arrangement or composition with creditors instituted by THOMAS BLAKE GLOVER and KENNETH ROSS MACKENZIE, trading under the style of GLOVER & CO.

Notice is hereby given, that a first general meeting of the creditors of the abovementioned persons has been summoned, to be held at Her Britannic Majesty's Consulate, Nagasaki, on the Sixteenth day of September 1870 at two o'clock in the afternoon precisely.
